Present day new subject about our nationwide politics is Mr. Narendra Modi cm of Gujrat. Let me start with a set of disclosures: perhaps I will never create more content against Modi and his managing design of the post-Godhra conditions than most individuals have; might be it wilI not incorrect if I known as him a modern-day Adolf hitler and have always said that Godhra shall continue to be an long-lasting pimple not just on him but on India’s governmental category. We all know that what occurred in Gujarat during the Godhra riots, the country will to pay a hefty price for that. But the actuality is that the shifted on. Narindra Modi is not the only politician in Indian who has been charged of communalism. It is unusual that the whole country venerates the The legislature Celebration as the luxurious deliverer but it was that party that presided over the riots again in 1984 in which over 3,500 Sikhs died: 3 times the variety murdered in Gujarat.
As per new interwiew of Modi taken by Barkha Dutt -: this is something that the Gandhis and Mayawatis need to understand from Modi. There were no fawning personnel members; no assistants managing around; no wardrobe hangers on…just the two of us with one cleaning who was there offering tea. And what was most amazing was the enthusiasm which Modi exuded. The enthusiasm for development; the enthusiasm for an invigorated Gujarat; the enthusiasm for the enjoyable the existing expectations of the individuals in his condition and the joy with which he recounted easy yet unforgettable data-points. For example, almost all of the use absorbed in Singapore is provided by Gujarat; or for that issue all the garlic that are enjoyed in Afghanistan are designed in Gujarat or the apples that Canadians stuff on are all captive-raised in Gujarat. But it was market that was similarly near to his center.
So it reveals that , that was almost like a kid, that he in a rush and got a java desk publication on GIFT: the recommended Gujarat Commercial Town that will come up on the financial institutions of the Sabarmarti: something that will put the Dubais and the Hong Kongs of this community to pity. And while on the Sabarmati, it is Modi who has designed the inter-linking of waters so that now the Sabarmati is no more dry.
He then talked about how he was very eager that Ratan Tata units up the New ipod nano position in Gujarat: he informed that how he had relevant the tale of the Parsi Navsari monks to Ratan and how shifted Ratan was: the tale is, when the Navsari monks, (the first Parsis) arrived in Gujarat, the innovator of Gujarat sent them a cup of use, complete to the top and said, there was no position for them: the monks included some sugars to the use and sent it again saying that they would include magnificently with the natives and would only add value to the condition.
Narendra Modi is clearly a man in a rush and he has every purpose to be. There is no concern in any a person’s thoughts that he is the trump greeting cards for the BJP after Advani and Modi understands that. People like Rajnath Singh are basically vulnerable toxins I would think about. He also considers that the country has no apolitical way to reverse terrorism and actually he informed how he had informed the Excellent Reverend, the House Reverend and the NSA about the upcoming blast explosions in Delhi and they did not take him seriously. And then the Sept 13 explosions happened! It was this take care of of Modi’s that I discovered very exceptional. There is a apparent intolerance of terrorism and terrorists which is obvious in the way the man functions; now there are many cynics who contact it minority-bashing but the actuality is that Modi truly indicates enterprise as far as law and obtain is worried.
As per Gujrat historical past before him there was nothing. No streets, no energy, no structure. These days, Gujarat is a energy extra condition. These days, Gujarat appeals to more market than all the declares put together. These days, Gujarat is the desired financial commitment desired position to go for almost every multi-national and additionally more, there is an reliability that is losing in other declares.
I do not know if this was common Gujarati overstatement or a representation of the type of authority Indian now needs! There is however, no concern in my thoughts, that his defects apart, Narendra Modi today, is truly a life changing leader! And we need many more like him!

There have been lots of debates in India these days, which is a sign of healthy democracy. I would take up one such particular topic in this post. There has been a lot of hullabaloo about the reality shows. Fortunately, our ministers believed it to be an important issue to save the Indian society from the recent media exposures (the TV channels are terming it to be “truth”) and its harmful effects. I think the ministers are really growing up nowadays and they have understood that picking up issues that influence the society is a good way to attract attention 9they have at least discussed about the issue of content censoring for TV channels). They may well be interested in really reviving the society and censoring content so that it does not have any adverse effect on the society but their intentions are pretentious. We have no faith on the intentions of ministers and they are responsible for it themselves. But my topic is not to blame the ministers for their shortcomings. My topic is that both the parties involved in the discussion or debate are selfish and they are addressing only their own needs. Read on if you think you are a part of the society.

First of all, the reality shows have nothing to do with reality. They term it reality show but the content of these shows are purely TRP oriented. They may provide you a lots of reasons, such as there are two Indias in India, one that believes in openness and the other that prefer social customs etc. but teh truth is that there are only two types of shows-one that shows society and its image (Saas bahu serials and blah blah blah) and the other that sells sex (that too borrowing from western cultures). Although the reality shows are being sold by terming them to be truth, the truth is far from reach of the producers and directors of these TV shows. I do not want to address whether they should make such serials or not but I just want to tell that this is only a selfish approach to sell serials by attaching sexual spices. So, I do not think reality shoes have anything to do with reality, at least in the Indian context.

Now, I come to the other side of the debate. The people who are shouting that the TV shows will destroy the structure of the society are not only selfish but they are also blind and reluctant to the truth. Not the truth the channels want to show but the one that is happening slowly. The matter of concern is that, the TV is only a part of the media and its popularity is sharply decreasing in relation to the advent of other digital media, although this might not be evident in India right now. These people are only orthodox blinds who have no idea about culture even when they believe that they should save it. They actually are not clear about their objectives. Sometimes they say they would save the children, sometimes the young generation and some other times the society as a whole. The fact is that culture is an all inclusive phenomenon and it cannot be held captive of only some rituals. If “Sex” is gaining ground, it is because the culture is accepting it slowly. i do not mean this only for the urban India but even in the rural places, people are now open for experimentation. This obviously does not mean that people are becoming prostitutes or that they would like to display sexual acts in public. But if you mind the real statistics, prostitution and the “call girl” phenomena have grown sharply. That is probably because there is a demand for a change and people are open to experimentation. I do not want to say whether this is a good sign or a bad sign but I have never seen people who shout about society address these issues. Still, returning back to the topic, the net as and the saviors of the society has never been able to prove their mettle. This is because they never want to accept the changes that are part of our society and that which is a reality in true sense.

I would also like to address that the world is changing at a much faster pace than we actually realize. And the experimentation with newer subjects is a part of it. Whether it is porn, prostitution or “selling soft porn” people are open to new issues. The mass has no appeal to stop these shows and they are not also overtly interested in them. People are living their own life. So, even when it is obvious that censorship is sometimes required, the government and the society’s saviors are waking up too late. Even the saas bahu serials are a demeanor to our customs and society and most of these represent a unhealthy married life as its centerpiece and mainstream of the story. Who will stop them?

Hiii guys…..
Delhi’s public transport buses began charging their new steeply hiked fares, affecting millions of mostly poor and lower income group commuters….Both the state-run Delhi Transport Corp (DTC) and the privately run Blueline buses implemented the decision few days later….
The minimum ticket in buses will now cost Rs.5 (compared to the earlier Rs.3), the Rs.7 ticket has been upped to Rs.10 and the Rs.10 ticket to Rs.15.
On DTC’s air-conditioned buses, commuters will pay Rs.10 as the minimum fare and Rs.25 for travel beyond 12 km…….
For daily commuters its a big hike because they have to spend a limited amount on the fare and if it increases like this then its a direct hit on their pocket, and in this inflation this is a bang on common men’s head and the new fare structure would eat into their limited earnings….
But if the government is increasing the fare rates, they should also ensure that the bus services also improve.A Delhi-based advocate has already moved the Supreme Court challenging the government decision to hike the bus fares, terming it “unjustified….As per the studies the state-run transport service firm has 27,818 employees, of which 2,000 conductors, 1,147 maintenance workers and 141 administrative staff remain idle at their places of posting…..
This is what government has gifed the common men.It is a pled to government if they force us to pay extra then atleast we expect to get good comfortable service….But till then guys, stay calm and wait for our Government to work for development….

Love and Regards

Guys, our country is having so many cosmopolitan states and our national capital ‘Delhi’ is one very big example of it.At a Cosmopolitan people from different ethnicities, religions and cultures meet and live in close proximity….In other words a place where different people live together respecting their differences….
But as usual Delhi has a different story to tell, recently a girl from Nagaland was molested in a mall, just after few weak of attack on North Eastern people.Just two days before some of the North Eastern girls were pushed in drain by some drunk youth and in another incident three North Eastern boys were beaten by some unidentified people….This is what Delhi depicts itself as a “cosmopolitan”….
In this incident with this girl, the girl was working in this mall and her showroom manager molested her….These incidents are a clear indication that attitude of locals has not changed towards people from northeast. even the Police shows apathetic attitude. Despite of the efforts, senior police officers have not taken the cases seriously….Why were the incidents of racism in Australia were given so hype and these incidents were given a small space??Just because these incidents happened in our own country….
Guys, we are suffering from internal racism and we just see the issues at foreign. We invite people from other states and when they come is this the way we behave with them??We are happy talking unity…Its the duty of the common people residing there to respect others coming from different states or even foreign countries, because we know how do we behave with foreigners….Here, we cnt blame Government because its doing its best to attratc tourists and give them all facilities but its our behaviour that prevent tourists to visit us….But its time for us to change people because ‘small step lead to big changes’

It all started with Shashi Tharoor staying in a five star hotel and not his state Bhavan. In my view he was right to stay where he did. In my view it is not just a question of the State Bhavan not having a gym. For many politicians (particularly those who are exposed to the West) it is difficult to stay in the State Bhavans because of the poor hygiene standards. It is common to find bed sheets stained with semen and boot polish, the bath rooms are also often unhygienic. The crockery used, the table tops and even the way some people eat and leave the left overs is also difficult for them to tolerate.

Was he sending a wrong message to the society? No. Why can’t a politician spend Rs 10,000 a day (of his own money) for healthy, hygienic living (the figures quoted of Rs 80,000 a day is for top of the line suites which I don’t think were being used). Having said that to be the “responsible politician” Shashi could have settled for a good three star hotel.

Of late if wrong messages have come they have come more from our industrialists. Even though I deeply admire our industrialists for the wealth they have generated, they are making grave mistakes in spending it. An 8000 crore house, a 2000 crore wedding! This is a callous and unwise display of wealth. Callous because you are spending that kind of money in the face of thirty crore people who don’t get a square meal. Unwise because, in the past, India has been known as Sone Ki Chidiya (The golden Bird). This bird was torn apart by other more powerful birds. This bird was raped and predated for a thousand years by invaders. By advertising your wealth so, do you wish to become a golden bird again? No. This time we should not be a”Sone ki chidiya”. We should be a ‘Sone Ka Baaj’ (a golden eagle)- no bird dares attack the eagle. So first develop the strength to guard the nation and then let some of your gold glitter (I know some display may be required from time to time to churn the economic wheels). But let us stop at that till we are strong. Otherwise we will attract predators once again. If we don’t wisen up we can be ecologically or economically colonized. We have already almost stopped getting the financial assistance which a poor and developing country like ours should get. Our brazen display of wealth is partly to blame for it. In fact I feel that every businessman and every politician or film star who spends like this should also contribute to the Missile development programme of the nation. And the Government should give proof that the programme is being efficiently managed.

It is good if the media has highlighted this news because

1. It tells the those who made these bhavans and those who maintain them, that even their own bretheren refuse to live in the facilities they have created for them as these have- as their other creations- turned out way below par. Hopefully the people who are responsible for the Bhavans will wake up and upgrade the facilities. Their clientele is changing, so should they. And if changing is not possible then the government should consider privatizing the state bhavans. Given the real estate prices today and given the misuse of these bhavans it might be actually more prudent to do so.

2. It will hopefully tell the public that how uncaring are we for the other person. Which is one of the primary reasons for poor levels of hygiene in India. It is a good message- It shows us the mirror.

If as a rebound the media is highlighting now the austerity drive that too is good. Even if it is a mask or a pretence (which I don’t think it is in all the cases) so what. The mask of austerity which the political rank and file are donning as their leadership is going austere, could eventually become its face. The mask often becomes the face. We look forward to that happening.

Love and ewgads

Commitment of suicide by the young disturbs me. I feel it as hasty emotional decision. Probably it is a feeling that they have nobody to confide in. This is a pathetic situation. The causes many times are trivial. I know, once a girl in her early teens had attempted suicide by taking some poison. The cause leading her to such extreme step is that her father who is a hawker had refused to bring biryani that day.

The present generation youth are highly protected and greatly pampered by parents as they are the only child or one of the two. Having just two children, parents are working hard to fulfill all their wants. At the same time they are pressurizing them to achieve the set goals. Girls being more protected and less exposed to the ways of the world are becoming vulnerable to trying situations in course of their education or employment. As they are not taught about the treacherous ways of the world and as they are never used to take a negative response from their parents or close relatives, any such situation leads them to emotional disturbance. Their response can be fight or flight. When there are people around to guide and empathies with them can avert extreme steps.

In the present day situation parents should be friendly with children and try to understand their situation. They should remember as kids and young people what they felt and how they behaved. They should understand the physical, psychological and emotional challenges that the youth have to face. Keeping the problems of the youth and the present day conditions they have to guide their children. Asking them to be goody –goody will not help. Advising them to ignore the problem they are facing also may not help. Best is to face it. Explaining them the options they have in that particular situation and pros and cons of the solutions in detail and giving them a chance to discuss and come to conclusion will help many times. In certain situations professional counseling is helpful. If that fails, and the child is unable to come out of a difficult situation and feeling depressed, early psychiatric treatment will definitely improve the situation. When the body is sick we go to physician. When mind is sick we have to go to psychiatrist. Psychiatric treatment is not just for mad people, it is for people not become mad when they cannot cope up with a particular incident. It is to set the right balance of neuro-chemicals which become upset in certain situations.

Youth should realize that life is precious gift of god. Everyone is born with some purpose. Everyone on this earth will have their share of problems and pleasures. Facing and surviving problems is part of evolution. When in problem, any person thinks his problem is unique. Yes, it may be unique. Facing it, fighting back will solve the problem for oneself and also helps others in providing clues to face similar situations. Death does not end the problem. It continues the problem, helps the perpetrators of the problem to repeat it again. Fighting back is the solution to the problem. Help can be taken from friends and family. There may or may not be anybody, parents are always there to help. Siblings also help to a great extent. It is good to be friendly with siblings than anybody else. They being of the same generation will understand the problem, be as mediators between the parents and the sibling in the midst of a difficult situation. After all, blood is thicker than water. As I already said, counseling will help a great deal. Still, if the stress is difficult to handle, mind is disturbed, psychiatric treatment helps to live happily surviving the difficult situations.

One should realize that life is not just one person or one incident. It is like a flowing river. A river, as it flows, carries so many things with it. It holds many lives in it as it flows. On the way it may give up certain things. Carry certain things along with it into the sea. If there is anything obstructing its way, it just diverts and again passes on its course. Every sun rise is new and beautiful. Every second is worth of full life.

Life is precious. It is gift of Almighty. Life cannot be created. Even doctors maintain health and protect and prolong life. But they cannot bring back a lost life. Let us not destroy life. Allow it its natural end that which is inevitable. Enjoy nature. Praise Almighty. Life is beautiful. Beauty is bliss.

You know I am addicted to listen radio show specially on BIG 92.7 FM which comes every weeknight 10pm-1am and on Sunday 9pm-12am…during the show you can always sms and they call you back, but in case you want to leave a voice message then 24/7 you just need to dial 5055454 on your mobile, say Confession and you will be guided on how to leave the voice message…

Sunday on 25th Oct one person his name is Mr. khanna discussed his problem I was shocked when you people read this then you will also surprised. Mr.khanna saying that he is plagued with guilt about how he left his girlfriend in lurch and got married to another…he kept in touch with his ex thinking he will try and ease out things with her, but realized that she was still not over him, and was insisting she would never marry another which made him feel even worse about things…as of now he has changed his mobile number, but can’t help feeling guilty about the fact that even while he was with her, he never really explained to her why he would never be able to convince his parents about this relationship and why it wouldn’t work out…

this is such a classic situation…one thing i don’t understand is that if people are already aware of such facts at the onset of a relationship and they know they won’t have the guts to stand up to their parents regarding their choice of a life partner, then why go along with the whole charade?or do we have a tendency to just leap into things, thinking jo hoga toh dekha jaayega…I am thinking of the girl who must be left wondering what went wrong suddenly? How do you come to terms with the fact that somebody who professed to love you until yesterday has suddenly chickened out and opted out of the relationship without even giving a proper reason? And the guy changing his mobile number must be another slap on the face…but maybe at this point its better for her to break all ties with him, and try to sort out things in her head…nahi toh agar aise hee baatcheet hoti rahi, toh samajhne samjhaane ke chakkar mein dimaagh ka dahi naa ban jaaye…

As for the guy, I do understand that its at times really hard to withstand the emotional blackmail that parents can put one through when they want their way…and sometimes its just easier to give in and surrender to their demands, and go by their wishes…but then you have to gather enough inner strength to let go of your past and start afresh, as like in this case, unless and until he stops thinking about his ex, and lets go of the guilt, he will not be able to give his 200% to his newly wedded wife, his new life ,which deserves nothing but his best effort…

I hope he can get sorted out soon… can forgive himself for being weak, taking the easy way out and in the process hurting somebody so badly…and I hope his ex is also able to accept the fact that its over, and that its time to move on…can only try and imagine what she must be going through…

Orlando (Florida): The analysts at the Gartner Symposium have stated that the corporate computing departments should not block social networking and such security must not completely lock down communications with the outside world. The analysts told the attendees that even if the IT authorities want to shut down such activity, they cannot, reports CNET.

“Banning access to social media from the corporate network is futile. The world we live in is digitally enabled and socially connected,” said Carol Rozwell, Vice President, Gartner.

Gartner’s advice reflects the transformation of the IT world as the internet is spreading through in everybody’s life. The event has concerned itself with matters such as justifying the expense of a new enterprise resource management computing system, and the broadening show reflects the growing scope of work that IT managers face.

Peter Sondergaard, Senior Vice President, Research at Gartner opined that the companies must acknowledge that not everything is under control of their own top-down administration.

“We’re moving from control to greater autonomy,” said Sondergaard. The managers also must find an appropriate place on the spectrums of in here versus out there and owned versus shared.

Carol argued that humans are social creatures and that there lies more to employee relations than a paycheck for work. “While a job may be regarded as an economic transaction, the human brain thinks of the workplace as a social system. Social networking can make employees feel valued, a part of a community, and earn the respect of peers,” said Carol.

The employees should get used to a greater corporate presence in their social-networking lives. These social networking sites can reveal previously unknown influence and performance in employees for the companies, and they should tell employees that corporate conduct rules apply online also.
“We can’t stop social networking, but harnessing the passion of employees and educating them about the responsibilities is essential,” said Carol.

Another Gartner Vice President Paul Proctor argued that computing security is also changing. The IT security staff should think carefully before exercising a reflex to prevent employees from communicating with Facebook’s e-mail or Skype’s internet telephony.

The companies should rationally evaluate the services like Gmail and decide whether the potential cost savings might well be worth the risks taken. Also, evaluating such services will be a big step for the IT departments habitual of being able to rule their own domain.

“You cannot protect yourself from everything. You must learn to balance risk and perforn, antivirus, and firewall protection is still essential, opined Proctor. But he also said that there are limits to what is practical. “Do not try to shut down the two way flow of information, because you cannot stop it. Transparency is in,” said Proctor.

I want to share with you that it was almost a decade ago when I read this line in an article which said ‘All that you need to do in this world is to be happy’! This line changed the way i ‘saw’ things. For one; the first thing I reminded myself on waking up, was to ‘arrange’ my thoughts in such a way, that they would keep me smiling and happy all day long. Initially it seemed difficult, as any stressful situation that came along was able to ruin my state of mind! But with practice i was able to continue in my happy state for longer periods. Secondly, i began to do work which gave me the greatest joy and was able to spread the same to others. ‘Do not permit little little things to ruin your happiness’- I told myself… you are not only what you ‘eat’, but also what you ’think’ all day long. Therefore the solution is to choose the right thoughts in order to stay happy, just like i would ask my friends to choose the right food if they wanted to be healthy…Just ponder over this friends, everyone has issues and problems to deal with. If these are dealt with in a happy (read positive) state of mind the outcome is more likely to be good (read positive). Become aware of your emotions every minute. Dismiss the negative thought and begin your day with something positive. Think positive.

It sets the tone for the day. Practise this every single day until it becomes a habit. Ofcourse there are ways to deal with situations. The first rule is to ‘choose’ not to react to an unpleasant situation. This is the only path to happiness. Once you are free of negativity you can develop a choice in response as you are no longer controlled by your emotions. Your response in such a state is more likely to make the outcome positive. Stop worrying about things which are beyond your control. Stay free of reactions and always choose to think positive and accentuate the same in others. Life is too precious. Not to be wasted on hurry, worry and curry. Stay healthy! Remain happy!

You know a radio show on BIG 92.7 FM is 10pm-1am…in the show 11pm-12am is for confessions with K, where in anyone can confide with Anil(radio jokey) about the darkest secrets of their love lives…yesterday ‘Jeenat’ with Anil on air, who is all of 19 yrs… and he was telling Anil about the affair he had with a 27 year old, four years back…it seems he really liked this neighbor of his since he was 14 yrs,but initially she totally avoided him…a year later she started visiting his house more often, they started meeting elsewhere and they got into a full fledged physical affair…’Jeenat’ says they both got emotionally involved too, but a year later she was married off to another guy…he felt a little bad when the affair ended but it was the girl who went ballistic and had to take treatment to get over the affair…’Jeenat’ is very impressed with her husband who even after knowing the details has stuck by her…

Now Anil’s first reaction was of course of being stunned, but ‘Jeenat ‘ seemed to have taken this as an experience in his life…he doesn’t seem to be scarred by the whole experience…rather he has very fond memories of it…my only concern was that he had been physical with a much older girl at such a tender age, but he insists that he was very aware of what he was getting into…there is no point in getting into the morality of the issue, because i feel every individual has their own moral fabric, and they decide whats right and wrong based on that…’Jeenat’ seemed like a very mature 19 yr old, who insists that his new relationship is now for life and he had called me only so that he could share this secret of his with at least somebody…

But i was left thinking what to make out of the whole situation? Do we curse the sensibilities of the girl who at 27 yrs didn’t have better sense than to sleep with a 15 yr old? In any relationship feel its the responsibility of the older of the two to make the right choices, but in this case it was not to be…I guess, sometimes its easier for people to give in to their carnal desires, instead of giving thought to what their actions could lead up to!!!

I remember, once I heard someone on air who was 24yrs old and unmarried and his 42yr old married neighbor was trying to seduce him, and he was in a dilemma whether to succumb or not…and its not as if these incidents are isolated…what do we make out of this, ki chalo aisa toh bade bade shehron ki chhoti chhoti galiyon mein hota hee rehta hai…?

I am still on the thinking mode…aapka kya kehna hai?
